Looking for feedback and suggestions for new Logo Design Contest site

Hi all,
My company just recently launched a new logo design contest site, and I would appreciate any feedback you care to throw at me, not just for the functionality of the site, but also the "contest process" itself. We have tried to address many of the problems that plague design contests, by having features such as the ability for the contest holder to "prepay" the prize, and an easy to use system for the contest holder to rate the entries, etc... but I am sure there is always more that can and should be added, and many of those things we will probably never think of ourselves, which is why I am looking for input from ya'll.

Looks clean and straight to the point. Not too crazy about the logo though.
