You should delete those email addresses and start a good quality genuine website.

    hi,

well i won't spam. coz i will not send it all..

i will just send like 500-1000 email address per day. i bought it to a site. and it cost me $29 and then i will delete it. i tried to send 100 email to the email address i bought - 100 email address and then i got sign up from them.

i just want to use an software for easy sending not for spamming

    2 links about the Can-Spam act (2003) ;)

    http://www.legalarchiver.org/cs.htm + http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/policy/canspam.html

You bought 200 million email address for some bucks and you're not aiming to spam?

    1000 email / day => 200.000 days => 548 years to send your emails

This is definitively not serious

I will not advise paypal of what bulkemail.cc (your site?) is selling but somebody else will maybe do it ;)

1 question : are you joking?

It doesn't matter if you bought those emails legitimately, the site you bought them from no doubt acquired them through unscrupulous means. If you send to those people, you will be violating spam laws. Not to mention that they sell the same list of emails to everyone, your email will be just one of hundreds of spam that those email holders will be receiving.

Get your money back, and build a list of emails the proper way. Unless you enjoy spamming people and not making any money.

i doubt u will make the money back that u paid for it.

If they were of any value they would not be sold for a silly $29...

I know I am a little late to the party, but you can use one of two softwares used by spammers or people with legit email marketing campaigns.

    -Darkmailer ($499)
    -Super Email Sender ($?cheaper)

Both use internal smtp servers so you will not be violate your isp TOS. Just make sure you use a proxy that is not on a crime-watch servers, research honeypot.

Not legal, but highly profitable if you have a big list that others have not already spammed to the grim.

even if you send the emails, I doubt any would sign up. [only if the person is a total ignorant and doesn't know what spam is]. MOst of them would end up in the junk mail.
