    I have a HP Pavilion Dv6000t model..

    Do you have a laptop? If yes then Which model do you have?

    I want to use this topic to ask a question:
    I don't live in USA, but in my country(Israel), "Gigabyte" is considered as good brand..
    I want to buy a laptop from "Gigabyte" company.. it is considered as good brand in USA too? it is possible to compare this to DELL for example?

    Well I never heard of Gigabyte. As for Dell this is my first one and certainly is my last one I ever buy. They have great customer service but I just can't stand this Dell.

    Dell is a mistake to be in my opinion. That have good offers and support but they go through a cycle :p

    1 Month - Start playing up
    6 Months - Slow down and get weird problems
    1 Year - Blow up :D

    hp/compaq nx8220 the best laptop ever
    2.5 years old with 2GB of RAM and it's still going strong. Battery life is also great (2:30min even though it's so old)

    I've got Toshiba Satelite x200-21T. I love it. Specs are:

    2gb ram, Intel 2.20ghz, Nvidia 8700m GT (I do gaming too).
