Top 10 Best Paying CPM Ad Networks

Adbrite (CPM/PPC Program $0.02-$5.00 PPC/CPM) - A Great Adsense Alternative. If you have a lot of traffic or Click-Thru's Then this is the place you want to be joining. Each Click Generates between $0.02-$5.00 and same goes for the CPM but minimum CPM is $0.10. Only bad Thing about it is that it only pays by check and has a Net 60 days. So basically you need to wait 2 months before you get your check. They are not late with payments. Always pay on time unless its a holiday. Payout is $10.00 Net 60 by Check Only.

Adjungle (CPM Program $0.01 or less, CPM) - A Paying Program. Not many people buy ads from them but they pay using their own ad company. They Pay you about $0.005 CPM. Depending on the kind of traffic you have. I would use this only if you have no other choice. Also They update stats every 24 hours. They Pay Net 30. Payout is $25.00 By Paypal Or Check.

Bidvertiser (PPC Program $0.05-$0.50 PPC) - If you have unique click thru's then i suggest this one. They are very strict with cheating. They will ban your account if you have too many non-unique clicks. I really don't like Bidvertiser because they ban you after you reach payment which means you could all the way till payout and then bam!, they ban you for something like fraudelent clicks or something else. Other than that they pay well and on time. Payout is $10.00 Net 30 Paypal,Wire,Check.

CPMbucks (CPM/PPC Program $0.01-$0.10 PPC/CPM) - I would generally not use this program unless you have a lot of unique visitors. They only pay for uniques. They also only pay in E-gold or MoneyBookers. Payout is $0.00 Net 30 by E-gold or Moneybookers.

CPX Interactive (CPM Program $0.01-$1.00 CPM) - a Well Known CPM Program That pays you depending on where your traffic comes from. They pay very little for Asia Traffic. Payout is $50.00 Net 30 by Paypal, Wire, Or Check.

Cubics.com (CPM Program $0.40-$0.60 CPM) - One of the best paying CPM Program There is. They only Accept Social Network Applications. If you apply for them you might get paid the first two weeks if your just using a website and not a Social Network App. But after that im not sure because they will check you on the third week. They Pay Every Week By Paypal. Minimum $10.00 to Cashout.

Lookery.com (CPM Program $0.08-$0.12 CPM) - Second Best paying CPM Program there is. They Give you a flat rate of $0.08-$0.12 CPM and does not depend on where the traffic comes from. So if you have lots of China Traffic this is your program to use. They Pay Net 15 at the end of each month. $25.00 Minimum Payout by Paypal.

TheNewsRoom (CPM Program $0.50-$3.50 CPM) - A Very Great Paying CPM Program. Only Problem with this program is that it requires tax infomation and you will be taxed for this. They Pay by Check or Paypal Only. Its very easy to make over $500 In one month from this program. The are late with their payments most of the time by at least a week. Support answers all the questions but takes at least 3-5 business days to at least get a answer. They Pay Net 30 at the end of each month. $50.00 Minimum Payout by Check or Paypal.

WidgetBucks.com (CPM/PPC Program, Rates are unknown) - For this program i would not suggest you sign-up with this program unless 75% or more of your traffic is from the US. They are generally targeting US. And Europe. Any Country outside of that, the CPM Doesnt count. Also the PPC is a joke. One Click is like only $0.02 or nothing. Depends on the Ad. Payout is $25.00 Net 30 Paypal,Check or Wire.

Adsdaq is the best, in my opinion, because you can set your own CPM price.

    Here's my Adsdaq review

If the ads don't look similar to adsense text ads, then it's okay. In that case, adbrite wouldn't be allowed.

Rupizads.com is also a good banner ads network, which is working on pay on performance basis. They have a strong list of advertisers as well as publishers. I'm taking my business services from this ad network, you can also experience the ultimate promotional services from this company.

Actually, according to the adsense TOS:
As long as the ad identifies itself properly (YPN does, Adbrite does, everything does AFAIK), then it should be fine , according to googles TOS

Personally, I'd stay away from clicksor. After < 12 hours of displaying ads on my sites (I run 4 different free networks), their ballance said I owed them a couple $$. How that ended up I don't know, but it's definitely a shady deal

Less than 12 hours and you're judging them 'shady'? That's a little hasty don't you think? You can't get a good feel for an ad provider in that amount of time surely?

Yes, I judge an ad network that wants to CHARGE it's publishers without disclosing this fact publicly and openly shady. It doesn't matter if it's 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, or whatever.

Any time an ad network (or anyone for that matter) takes AWAY credit from it's users, there'd better be a good explanation. Did I get one? Nope. I didn't have that much in 'the bank' as it were with them in 12 hours, but when I logged in the next day, it had gone from + ($1 or 2) to - ($1 or 2). Nothing major, but that is shady.

Where do their reports tell you what they're charging? I've only ever seen reports showing me what they're paying me... I don't buy any ads through them tho - I only publish...

I didn't advertise through them either, I simply published.
When the 'total' goes from + to - , that means they're charging you for something.

At no point should a publisher's 'total' go below zero, but mine did, and was last time I checked it. I can see totals going down due to suspected fraud clicks, but never, ever should a publisher's total go below zero.

I mailed them about it, and, as expected, got no response.
