its ok, I should be more clear and careful in what I post, thanks for replying, its been reported by more than one, that Bush said it, and in different occasions he used religious beliefs to justify his administration actions you can read about them here here Sheikh Haron is trying to know God's will, same can be asked, why God allows suffering and pain, killing, raping, hunger, natural disaster, some say its a punishment from God, but does that make sense? if a tornado hit a city, should we believe its a punishment from God for the people of that city, and if a man killed another man, should we ask why God did not stop it? if God did not stop it, does that mean God does not exist? and if he stopped it, how can we know he did if it did not happen? there is much more good in the world than bad same thing, God can send food to the bird nest but he does not, the bird has to fly and search and get tired before he can find his food, if you are interested to know the answer from Islamic prospective, here is a link to a question: answer
