I have tried to find the answer to this question but could not find it.
Is Google payment to adsense publishers reduced? I don't have Google but i have been thinking about monitizing my site with adsense.

    The simple answer: Nope

The long answer: Maybe, it depends on your site -- whether or not you're smart priced, your traffic is down, and whether or not anyone is clicking on your ads.

My Adsense for Content earnings are about 1/4 to 1/5 what they were a year or so ago. To help make up the slack, i've been using Kontera, which has been earning more than Adsense. The two together do fairly well.

Depends on your traffic, were they consistent or is there a drop?

Also very much depends on the amount advertisers bid on Adwords. Could be seasonal ... especially now.

Google adsense keywords list are always changing and thus if your site keywords rate is reduced by google,it can effect your earnings.

Sometimes my adsense earnings are way down, and sometimes they are way up. Depends on the day, for me.

I am with Adsense since 6 years now and can see since ever then a slow but constant improvement on click prices and overall income.

I saw my adsense earnings decreased in march but in this month, adsense is performing better for me.

wow! kontera>adsense, never would have guessed it would come to this.
on my sites I find kontera yields results when you go above 100,000 PV/m, anything below that doesn't give a linear result but an exponentially less one.

My Adsense earnings have declined tremendously over the last despite my traffic increasing tremendously.

That's why I always recommend to people to look at more than just one option.
