New owner of a website

This is my case: I own a website that was banned from adsense by a previous owner. I never really tried to get unbanned. But since I am now selling my website, would the new owner be able to get the site reinstated. Would they just be able to add the website to there account or how does it work?

I was about to make another thread on this, good that I checked this thread. I have the same question. I even tried searching but sadly couldn't find the answer. Let me know if anyone have any idea.
    Thanks

Because I don't want my potential buyers not wanting to buy my site because they don't think that they can use adsense. If they have there own account/ address/ ect, can't they add the website?

Well, I bought over a site at the end of last year which was banned by Google Adsense. I e-mailed them, and about 2 weeks later, they said they had reviewed my account, didn't have any issues with my current sites serving ads, and said as long as the new site abides by the TOS, they have no problem with unlocking the domain and allowing me to use my ads.

Funnily enough, it's now my Best Earner:D

Why not just e-mail AdSense and get it unbanned yourself since it is an issue that has to do with a previous owner?

    I'd assume the e-mail is

if you have an adsense account, you can place ads on the site. Email adsense before you do.
    It will be fine!

A couple of minutes for an auto-reply, a couple of weeks later, I got a personal reply and the domain unlocked for Adsense. I also used the standard 'adsense-support@google.com' email address.

It's not that difficult, to be honest. I just referred them to our previous good history with Adsense, and reassured we do not condone such filthy techniques (not in as many words though:D) and pointed to the whois to show the domain changeover and new registrants details :)

    Good luck.
