    - I am wondering whether you are allowed to cloak your link using
iframe to avoid the one display url rule. I see others doing it but
I want to make sure it is legal.

    - Also, is it ok to promote a squesse page with adwords or would
It get slapped with a minimum bid

    thank you

You can use redirects but you cannot load a 3rd party website within an iframe.

Such as you cannot display amazon.com within an iframe with a URL set as myaffiliateoffer.com

what about using pop-ups like the one that comes up when you
visit sites like forexassassin.com and dayjobkiller.com.
I thought they were not allowed?

You can't use pop ups and it depends on your definition of squeeze page...

I know iframe isn't allowed but can we do file_get_contents,
change all relative links with absolute url's and echo the content.

You could but your merchant may not like that.
