Anyone use Yahoo hosting?

Never tried but never thought about these horrible reviews

 

Same to me. I was going to check their servers and services for a month. But changed my mind now.

There is no such thing as unlimited resources. There is a such thing as terrible service and outdated software.

 

I had Yahoo hosting when I didn't know any better. I now have KnownHost and they are superb.

 

I stick with Media Temple. Outstanding!

i use hostpapa for some of my sites, aside from one mixup when i requested they install a php module it's been good and cheap -> like everyone else has said, Yahoo get's horrible reviews

 

The package you mention is fairly new and the cheapest crap they offer... you get what you pay for.

I don't use the "hosting" side for my e-commerce sites, but rather Merchant Solutions and it's been great for 5 of my stores (mid-tier 99.99/month + 1% revshare). The back-end isn't bad either. I pump 6 figures a month through their system with no issues.

Uptime is great and phone support is 24/7 and never on hold over 3 minutes... every time.

 

I didn't used them but they are expensive. You can find much lower priced hosting.

 

Yahoo as before stated.. is only good for email and possible advertising.
Other then that, yahoo fails at everything..

DONT BUY OVERSELLERS, get dedicated

Do not Using external domain !!!!. cannot cancel your subcription.

First Giving jobs to my writer to cancel my subription of course with bonus
if he can't, giving in buy sell threads.

I have used Yahoo hosting before, meh, would not recomend it. Don't use their domain services either, I got into that and it has not went well. Just my two-cents.

Have never heard too good reviews about Yahoo hosting. If so many people say it is bad there must be a reason for that.

 

I agree. I closed down three sites running on Yahoo after a month.

They're all happily doteasy.com hosted now

 

Is yahoo hosting that bad. Yahoo has a good name why thier hosting is crap. very strange.

 

I have heard quite a bit of negative feedback about yahoo hosting, I suggest you consider using a different web host.
