Funny, using another email address to send in support, having a great response. still progress canceling my hosting in yahoo small business.
I can't believe I put up with yahoo hosting for so long (3 years) Terrible customer service... awful Any question you have they reply with a pre-loaded template which is totally not relevant to your concerns. Don't recommend at all.
I have used Yahoo 2 years ago. It was really a BAD experience. It seems like they don't know what are they doing.
I have used yahoo hosting before .. after three months I switched to bluehost.. They have terrible customer service..THEY WON'T REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL QUERIES..! Bluehost is very reliable and they have a very responsive forum and email support.
Don't even think about Yahoo! hosting. Yahoo! was my first choice of paid hosting and they were terrible. I had domain + hosting. It was when they have the packages option though, I think it came to around $40 /month maybe. Their support was terrible, I had problems all the time, and I did not like their control panel. I think I actually managed to get a refund but It took a long time after email after email. I never got chance to get my website up as it was that bad.
Progress, Support answered my email, but to convience me to pointing domain to his name server, Trying to cancel my subcription. webhost4life is fine too. i using .asp. it tooks 3 years long with him. hostgator and bluehost using pop up advertising or not ? how about the speed ?
Progress, Still don't have the answered. maybe half day again. how about webhost4life ? anyone tried ? where we can share hosting in .asp ? fast, reliable and of course cheap.
Progress, still don't have any response. waiting.... hostgator using $4.95 is good? i need small hosting first and want to upgrade after have traffic. Did hostgator charge if we upgrade account ?
lousy customer service, if you c`all the wait may be hours....Are you kidding me..... I am on hold as I am writing. The frustration with yahoo is driving me to bluehost...... sighhhhh......
I am currently looking for a hosting company to host several of my websites. Thought of yahoo hosting just a few days ago, luckily I found this thread and read all your reviews. I am sooooo lucky. Thank you all of you! Can't understand, so big and yet so damaged?
I would try to avoid a company who focuses on everything under the rainbow. Choose a provider who just specializes in the hosting industry alone. That way you know they will always be one step ahead because they don't have to worry about their radios, music, maps etc.
Progress, still don't have answered again. Tommorow i will send email again. maybe process by the admin. maybe maybe maybe. Where we can hosting using microsoft server ?
There tons of companies out there offering windows server hosting... just do a google! Anyway you can try http://www.jodohost.com/ which I think is quite reliable.
