    I can offer you -
    50 GB bandwidth
    5 GB space
    $7.49/month

    Prices per 10 GB bandwidth decrease as you buy more bandwidth.

    Also, 50 GB may be enough for just one good proxy website.

    I would suggest 250-300 GB for a proxy reseller account.

    Check for a dedicated server if you want to sell proxy hosting, is the best option because this type of hosting is very expensive and needs a lot of resources , even 3 good proxies can crush dual core server or take a look at kmkhost.com or ask cmodz support

    But like i said see the dedicated servers offers ... my opinion
