    The site is http://www.hawaiihealthinsurance4u.com/

Medical Insurance blog site that shows everything BUT medical ads. I believe i tried just about everything... Adsense comes out as all blogging type adsense. Tried reinstalling the wordpress, reinstalling the theme.. Changing everything relating to blogging off the site... Still all Blogging type ads... If i see another Sarah Marshall adsense banner im going to shoot the cat.

Here's the kicker... IF you click on the "About" tab. It shows the medical ads I want BUT im trying to get them on the homepage...

Easy fix? Im a newb? all of the above.. Let me know please.

it is showing me blog ads and such

I have seen somewhere for blog optimizations but not sure it may work for you but worth a try

give it a shot by writing

google seems to see it and put relevant ads

cats in trouble again.. okay, i put those google tags in, they said it could take up to 2 weeks to recognize them...

Here's my question.. If you click on the "About" page.. it shows medical ads.. the code doesn't appear to have any differences.. In fact, the medical content is more dense on the homepage..

You weren't getting that problem because your screen shot is accessing the homepage from the "About page" but when the domain is accessed directly... then Sarah Marshall banner up top, and blog ads down low.

Optimize the page a bit by using alt tags for your logo and title tags for your "Home" and "About" with highly relevant medical keywords.
Then, go and get new ads with new channels and stick them in.
Clear the cookies on your PC and try again.

Let me know when you're done as I want to check as well :)

mai I know when you start your blog because it took me about a week on one of my sites and blogs to show the relevant ads on the homepage.

Try to add couple of topics on main page (content) then check again. It will work eventually, I came across such problems.

You have an image in the middle then the adsense to the right of it, above and below it theres not much to inluence it.

Again for the adsense below its probably struggling with the lack of text, why all the white space to the left of it?

And how old is the blog?

glad the problem solved. it takes time for adsense bot to analyze the page. I personally wouldn't be too happy if on my health insurance site, I will get MFA ads getting shown.

I only see health ads now. See? AdSense is smarter than we think, it will eventually post targeted ads only to your blog / site. Just give it time.
