Established Myspace Site Earning $100+ Per Month For Sale

I am looking to sell my resource site dark-layouts.net. The site comes loaded with 450 layouts, 380 graphics, and 50 backgrounds and a custom MSRS template and mods.

The site uses NO paid advertising and has not been spammed on Myspace or any other social network. All traffic is from link exchanges, search engines, and people using the sites content on Myspace, Hi5, and Friendster. Traffic is 90% US with the remaining 10% coming from Mexico, UK, Australia, Canada, and Germany.

Revenue Details:
The sites revenue comes from Adsense and Value Click. I will have my Value Click rep transfer the site into the new owners account, if you don't have one this would be a great way to get into the program.

yes I will help move and set up the site if the winning bidder wants me to. there is really nothing to it, just upload the files and change the ads over to your ads by editing a couple files.

I just realized an hour ago the site was not displaying properly in IE. I have fixed the issue so now the site displays properly in IE
