Is it really easy to get a PR5?

i can do better than that. how about 3 different PR5 sites with all less than 5 backlinks each? would you believe then?

Go HERE and look at the 3 sample websites they show halfway down the page. check their links.

 

I can't believe you used those as an example...but it does prove a previous point another poster made. Each of those sites have a link that comes from a PR 8 page, with a homepage rank of 9. That is enough to pass the juice to a 5 despite the first linked site being under construction. One quality link is worth it.

For the others asking about high page rank sites and links, someone enter in a keyword or keyword phrase and I will respond with a website that will give you a link at the highest I can find in under 10 minutes. First one that responds gets an answer...

 

why cant you believe it? ..people were looking for examples of one strong link, giving a good PR, and there are plenty if you look around. ..what about Richard Madely's site from its one Channel 4 link?

that first site is back under construction, it was up for ages and it was dire. and that was a PR6 MS Parent page when we wrote about first on 27 Dec and still PR6 at the (blog) update on 14 Jan.

currently it shows as PR0 to me? what are you reading?

 

if you linked your site with pr 7 sites, you will be pr 5 in a few months

 

I'm showing PR 5 for Dynabuild with 3 links across the board except Google. What tool are you using ibiza? I was able to help out one DP'er (He or she didn't want to post the exact keyword and PM'd, which is probably smart), and I found a PR7 for the keyword. There is stuff out there...

 

The problem is that you guys are relying on Google Toolbar PageRank. This is completely meaningless. What really matters is how well your site ranks in the SERPs. So just focus on building a good site: and the rest will come.

 

I 100% agree with stealthy as far as PR goes, however the SERP does also include as a factor inbound links.

 

no I didnt mean dynobuild I meant the parent MS page theyre linked from. It was a 6 when i found these in December but showing as white today. prob datacentre down or something. (or Telefonica's ridiculous antics)

not getting you about keywords? you found a PR7 place to link from with the right keywords? touch...

what tool are you using more like?

& better seo is art of life.. have to learn with heart..

 

Or hire those that can do it for you, and can actually provide what they promise.

 

Problem is...it's so hard who among the SEOs are genuine.

You can get PR5 if you have many many links on PR6 pages.

 

It's for concerns like this that the BuyandSell industry will thrive ad inifnitum
