    Heh, you want an existing site, fully built with a history and revenue... for $80-$150?

    I don't think you'd be able to build one from scratch for that amount of money. Also consider, if you hope to operate in this industry, you're going to need A LOT of money to get started - it's not like selling an eBook or html coding services.
