Got my Hosting suspended!! Need Help!!

    Hi,

    My hosting acccount in Hostgator got suspended due to some copyright problem,Will I be able to get back my hosting back if I remove the site alone that caused the copyright problem.If not will I be able to get the backups of all my sites that has been hosted in that account....Since I have some important sites hosted in that account,will it be possible to get back my websites hosted in there!! Please help me out!!

    It really depends on what your site was. Just email them tell them to remove that site so you can download your backups.

    Thats why i left hostgator they are great but when something happen they kick you out first and ask later even if it is not your fault. Lucky me i had a sale account and they only closed that domain.

    My current host send me a email and ask about it first and THEN if i do not do anything about it they close me down.

    Email to them and just take the back up from them and sift to another host there are lots nowadays...

    Ask them for the backup, and as soon as you remove your copyrighted contents, you can signup another hostgator account or plans from other hosting providers.

    Copyrighted materials are strict in the US, so if you want host them, you may want a off-shore hosting plan.
