Google Sitemap mean .xml sitemap.
First you have to make .xml sitemap and upload to your server in root level.
And after completing this make account in Google Webmaster tool and Submit sitemap in GWT.

Overall a nice design... though the content seems a bit mashed together. I would consider separating the modules a bit so it does not appear so "crammed". Users may be overwhelmed. Nice clean design though... is this Joomla?

Submitting the sitemap.xml will get all your pages indexed in google faster.

 

Well depends on what you want to do with your adwords budget? Are you selling a service? (if so I couldn't find one in 10 seconds, which is bad. That means a lot of your potential future clients won't see it either)

If you are selling a service adsense ads are a BIG NO. Why? Because you with your ads you are also advertising your competitors and a user that might purchase something from you, will now click on your competitors ads and purchase there.

If you're not selling anything, than ads are okay. You just need to watch out that your adwords traffic doesn't exceed 50% of all your traffic sources. Google might see it as an arbitrage (trying to get cheap clicks on adwords and having high paying keywords on your landing page)
