Analytics shows impressions but zero clicks for three months...

I have been getting the same number of visitors for the last few months but have gotten zero clicks according to the Adsense reports.

The one exception is for Adsense on my couple of Blogspot blogs. They seem to be normal (I'm getting a couple of clicks now and then).

But on my regular sites the ads show and people visit the pages but not ONE click since early November.

Has this happened to anyone else ever?

Never happened to me for months... maybe there is something wrong with your ad, or your ads are not related to your content..

There has been no change to the websites or their ad placements. Most ads are quite relevant.

The only change is the fact that earnings went to zero on all non-Blogspot sites.

I wonder if its an issue with my pub-id?

I'd hate to think that clicks were actually going to someone else's account.

Regenerate Codes. Simple as that. Also make sure the site is in the "Allowed Sites" option--if you are using it. No need to share your URL...

This is more related to your ad placement then anything else. Use Adsense channels to determine the best ad positioning for your sites and always remember to try new things.

Thanks for all of the replies.

I don't think I asked the original question correctly.

Up until late November everything was going fine regarding impressions, clicks and earnings.

Then with NO CHANGES TO THE WEBSITES OR AD PLACEMENTS the number or IMPRESSIONS REMAINED THE SAME while the number of CLICKS went to ZERO.

It is as though visitors are still clicking on the ads but there is no record of those clicks being credited to my Adsense account (and, of course, no money).

Since there have been no changes on my end it is quite hard to believe that one day visitors to my sites just simply stopped clicking on ads.

My overall question is....Has anyone ever experienced this?

Also does "regenerate codes" mean "get new publisher ID" and if so, how?

Is it possible to get a new Adsense Publisher's ID if I'm having problems with my current one?

no, you cannot get new pub ID. its not possible to tell without looking at your site. if you post your site URL that is recording the clicks and the URL that is generating the impression but no clicks, we can have a look to see if we find something. or you might contact adsese support if you think something is wrong.

how many impressions yuo get per month anyways? if it is low impressions, then may be your visitors are just not clicking

Check out 2factoring dot com, for example.

DON'T CLICK ON THE ADS but when people do click on the ads both the impressions and clicks don't show up in my adsense account.

    I don't know why. :(
