    Legality help needed . Is mazdashops.com domain name legal ?
    It contains word mazda, that would be generated by google and get huge traffic.

    Get a refund if you purchased it in the last 4 days or if more than that, let the name expire, unless you want a TM lawsuit someday.

    No, it isn't illegal. Trademarks are only valid on relevant things. For instance, some cars have Vista sunroofs and moonroofs, but this does not violate any trademark or copyright laws. So long as you are not putting anything relevant to cars on there, you would be fine.

    Trademarks allways illegal, unless you using for non monetary purpose,in your case forward to your resseller site is illegal.,unless you get permission from mazda.
