Well, it's very likely that they will say no the first time or two. That's what happened to me. I would just keep emailing them, and if you did make a mistake, you should admit to it, but also say that you will do everything possible to make sure it doesn't happen again. Good luck.
I opened an adsense account about two weeks ago. The ads from one of my websites disappeared. I researched to find out why and I can't figure out the reason for this since my website (well, that one in particular) is in Croatian language, which is one of the supported AdSense languages. After about 3 days, my ads disappeared, but only on that websites. I wrote an email to them TWICE and haven't gotten any response back. It's been almost 10 days now. Any tips?
That site probably got booted from AdSense. Does it completely comply with ToS? Are there any notices when you log into your account? Maybe you should try to create a new ad unit and see if it works on the site.

asRep is a great tool, great reporting and fraud detection/prevention. It's a bit cumbersome to figure out how to get reports etc, but once you get the hang of it, it's great!
Has anyone else gotten back in lately? I would like to know your methods that worked so I can learn exactly what they're looking in your message before they reinstate you.
I am currently running adsense on my site, I get maybe .30 a day, not much but every month or 2 it's a nice check. So I am glade to hear that you got your account back!
