I would move the RSS feed icons to the left of the category listings, just think it will look neater. The logo image looks squeezed in and does not exactly blend in with the header. (see attachments) I would also remove the link to index.php "Random Hood Forum - Ask Random Questions" so that Questions, Random Categories and Sponsors would all line up instead of random category being below the other two. I like the questions column on the left on the main page but that's the only page I would have it show on, that way your thread and post pages won't look so cluttered. Attached is a just a random logo that I did along with a blank image that will blend in with your header image so that you can play around with fonts or logos. Alright, here goes my 2 cents. First off, I would choose more attractive colors. It looks kind of gloomy to me. Insert some visual cues that will immediately tell the visitors what the forums is all about. One idea - you could have some sort of system if I can put it that way that actually keeps an eye of the threads and the posts in them. In each thread you could have like the OP asking a question followed by sever posts that suggest solutions and answer the OP's question. The system could mark the best answer or the solution that has worked best for the OP. This post could be tagged as best solution or something like that. This way people will have the motivation to contribute and help others instead of posting crap. I'm not saying they are posting crap now. It is just an idea of how you can stimulate people to contribute and develop this community. All in all I think that the forum has potential but it really needs a lot of hard work if you want to become an authority in the forum field. Best of luck!
