    I think your paypal has got limited.. Is they are asking u the above quoted documents then they have made ur paypal limited and u hav to giv those documents to remove the limitation...
    & just to get your account verified you need to add a Credit Card

    You can verify your account only with valid Credit Card. If they asked for address proof (passport or utility bill) then you have to provide them a copy through fax.

    you must be really confused with paypal... so first find out what you want... verification or remove account limitation.... read everything very carefully and then come here and post the details or else no one can help you... and please dont abandon your thread after you created it...
