What most do is to accumulate all the sales till the end of the month or week and then use Paypal's Mass Pay to pay all their affiliate in one payment. This will make it neater and might be cheaper because it means that the receipient does not need to pay any fees. If you send them payment after every sale, they will be charged additional paypal fees for receiving funds.

Paydotcom might be worth a look that works with paypal.

If you're looking to set up an affiliate program that pays affiliates by PAyPal each month - i'd totally recomend IDevAffiliate; idev allows some excellent and easy affiliate campaign and network management. Is that what you'r asking? Best of luck to you!
