    Site 1:

    -Arcade site
    - Currently no new games or updating is going on with it, a new owner can choose to add new content.
    - Only expense is $200/mo dedicated server
    - Profit of around $6500 a month
    - A little over 300,000 UVs/month - between 2.5-3 million page views/month
    - PR 4
    - High ranking in Google for very common search terms

    Asking price is around $185,000


    Site 2:
    - Multi-player Online game
    - Highly customizable with a community along with it to help
    - Some involvment required, nothing too much though.
    - Made around $14,000 after all expenses.
    - Main income is from subscriptions and credits
    - High ranking for the sites category
    - 30 days any questions asked support + all bugs fixed for free anytime.

    Asking price is around $5,500

    Clear this out for me,
    For the first site, you are asking more than 2 years of revenue, and for the other just 3 months.
    Am i missing something here?
