Do You Sleep Less or More.. How many hours of sleep do you get?

i used to seelp for 3 to 4 hours (busy talking to my Girl friend on phone in the nights) and now also i'm able to sleep for just 3 to 4 hours( busy talking to my Girl friend and work). it doesn't matter when hit the bed. but i will wake up at 8 in the morning to start my work. DP to SS

 

8 hours (4am-12pm)

 

Most people get around 8 hours per day. Any more than that is quite hard if you work. I generally get between 7 and 8 hours per day including weekends.

 

6 hours if i am lucky..got only 3 hours last night..it sucks that you just can't sleep

 

8-9 hours per night

 

I get 7 - 8 hours.

 

8-10hrs would love to reduce it!!

 

I sleep 6-7 hours, but 9-10 in weekends.

 

so lately i been noticing my bed time being push further and further back. started out around 12 and now i know its time for bed when that clock hits 2-3ish

how many of you guys do the same thing working online. or in my case attempting to work and make money online

 

I usually go to sleep around 11:00 - 11:30 pm, I work online in my free time.

 

usually 11-11:30 PM for me as well.
if very busy sometimes up to 2 AM

 

Now that school is back on after Easter break I try to get to bed by around 11-12, was going to bed at 2-3 during the holidays lol

Lately use to sleep at 2AM, now a days usually 11-12PM

 

I used to sleep at 3am since i have internet connection in my room, I cant close my eyes for sleep earlier even i've tried...

 

I try to go to bed early, but with my studies been having some late nights.

 

I pretty much go to bed whenever I feel tired...sometimes it's 8pm, sometimes its 4am, and sometimes somewhere in between. Usually when I know I'm not working at my trucking job, I'll usually stay up later. When I do have to work the next morning, then I end up taking a sleep aid around 6pm so that I'll get tired by 8 lol.

 

I usually sleep at sleeptime. I find it difficult to sleep at dinner time coz I am usually eating my dinner and that makes things a bit messy trying to sleep whilst eating.
