Lol, no illegal stuff is always caught by Google. Just go with another ad publisher that doesn't care.

    I agree.

Read the TOS closely before adding it to your page.

consider yourself lucky that you got a warning. just remove the copywrited materials or use adsense on a site that is compliant with TOS. reply to adsense once you have made your site compliant

Get over it... too bad, Google is too big to understand... until they do this to too much people who will not resign up for their programs and they are low on consumers then they don't give a **** about your account, but you can't be justified anyway, they busted you with a good reason.

If you are very particular about the adsense, then comply with the google's directions by removing the ads on the page distributing copyrighted materials.
If you feel you are offended, look for alternatives :)

    Ok,
1st, remove your ads on that page..
After that, read again Adsense TOS...
Then after that, begin your adsense again..:)
    Good luck friend:cool:

Stop complaining, you are lucky that you had Adsense on the site that long. What you are doing is illegal, so legally, Google allowing you to make a profit off it makes them in the wrong as well, which could open them up to lawsuits.

waste of time taking a risk with getting your account completely banned. Just go with Yahoo or some one that will not have a problem having ads on your site.

man.. you are lucky that they only baned that site, not the entire account.
You better search for Adsense Alternatives for that forum.

I believe there are certain keywords that trigger Adsense into investigating your account. I received a similar notification with regards to my online games website (as can be seen here), and my advertisements were reinstated as soon as I corrected the issue. Rest assured, they will restore advertising on your website if you are able to carry out the necessary revisions in a timely fashion. :)

of course they'll banned your site and there's no way you can do unless you removed all the copyright infringing category form your forum, ask google apeal to reinstate for that site.

But then when you click "yes I agree" upon google or any site signup, you are agreeing to apply by the rues. Its better to actually read what you are about to "sign" in all business cases.
