the past two days, I've been getting about 300 invalid clicks per day from one site

I've reported the invalid clicks to google

but I'm still worried they'll suspend my account for whatever reason

how do I stop these idiots doing this?

Have you tried blocking the IP address that the clicks are originating from?

Im not sure if there is any direct way of stopping them, they could switch IP and keep on going maybe.

This has been a problem of some jealous business monks.. Some people really do this just to suspend your adsense account.- Google should find way to stop this...

    another way,

if you are familiar with php or asp, create fake google ads and track ip numbers that click your ads, then ban this ip number or country.

I think as long as you report the clicks to google your account will not get banned. The will see that the ip address is not yours so it is someone else clicking the links, and they will simply invalidate them without suspending your account. They will probably block that ip as well.

I'm testing asRep right now and I think I'll buy it.
The script (the registered) has a click fraud and let you define the minimum nº of clicks from the same IP. After that, the ads will not be shown anymore.

What is the benefit to your evil rival of getting you banned from adsense? you can still change monetization to adbrite, CJ,CB etc. You will not lose your Google search engine position if you are banned from adsense, so what is the point of rivals clicking on you adsense. If anything, they may just be putting money in your pocket in case you are not banned.

If I were you though I would buy asrep ASAP.
