You should probably go to the services section, but you might try http://www.wikidot.com/ and purchase a redirected domain name if you want a simple solution. If you want something more advanced, check out http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki, where you can get the original wiki script, plus various tutorials on how to use it.
There are script for wiki sites. I dont remember the name of the script. Just Googled them and you'll find one.
Try the options on my post: use the website for the personal wiki, and the script for the other wiki.
