Why are you asking for refunds just fiel a chargeback with your credit card company... he will have ot prove he did work for you or sent the goods...

Dont waste time do it now.. thelonger you take the less chance of getting your money back

You can't do a charge back with your credit card company because he didn't take credit cards. All, or most, transactions were done through PayPal. The only thing you can do there is file a dispute and if he doesn't keep any money in his PayPal account... game over.

Now that I think about it; if you pay by credit card, you probably can try a charge back through the credit card carrier. However, in most cases, people pay via funds in their PayPal account in which case there is no recourse if the Jackass doesn't have any funds in his account. PayPal certainly isn't going to pay you back!

thats why you always pay with paypal and by crdit card in case crap like this happens.. you have 2 safety blankets paypal dispute and if that fails charge abck with your credit card.. your credit card compnay will reimburse you till the chargeback is complete...

I usually carry a balance in my account and didn't even give it a thought. Lesson learned the hard way.

    Hello Guys,

Dont trust him..... He is giving wrong promises........ I hired him 5 months back and he asked for 60 days for Top 10 Ranking..... I gave him 90 Days and no result and then I asked for the refund.... He agreed to offer the refund and now I am waiting for the last ONE MONTH and he says he dont have the fund....... Can you believe that? AN SEO Company which dont have $300 in his PAYPAL ACCOUNT? So better stay away from him....... And hire some professional company or go for a post paid SEO....

And USE YOUR SENSE.... He owns an SEO WEB SITE....... I DOUBT ITS LISTED IN TOP 1000 for the keyword SEO or Search Engine Optimization...... (Anyway its not in Top 100) So he is that confident then why cant he optimize his own site and become Top 10 for the keywords SEO, Search Engine Optimization e.t.c??????? Mr. WildStore do you have an answer for this?

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!

Not likely. He's emptied his PayPal account and probably won't be back there either. He's probably gone on to another forum entirely or he may still be around here under a new username starting over.

Phooey! I keep forgetting about that option! That is, if you paid PayPal by credit card and didn't pay Wildstone via funds already placed in your account. Then YES, chargeback is a viable means of getting your money back and it is recommended you start the process NOW.

Dude, face it now. You're not getting paid. "all hell will break loose"??? Really? No offense, but what do you think you're going to do; go to his plywood & cardboard shack in India and rip up his front door?!?!?
