Funny as a publisher it seems to take forever to get any feedback from google, but i signed up for adwords after receiving a coupon for $200 in advertising through a friend and have received 4 emails in a month asking me why I haven't implemented my account yet! gotta love that kind of business strategy. Though it is weird, as publishers are just as important to the whole google ad system as advertisers, yet quite often we are treated second rate!
The way I see it, with so many posts about adsense via publishers, google has become deluded into thinking we rely on them, and lost track of the fact that it is a mutual dependancy! Just needed to rant!

You need to remember if it wasn't for the advertisers that publishers couldn't exist, its only normal to look after the paying advertisers.

pipes very true, but no publishers and no advertisers, simple! the relationship is mutually dependent.

A good point and i agree with you, i think most companies will always put the advertiser first as they are the first people parting with money, they feed google that in turn feeds the publisher.

I know what you mean though, at times it can feel like the publisher is very disposable and less of an emergency.

No offense but that is bullcrap thinking. If they don't have many publishers it doesn't matter how many advertisers they have. Without publishers no one gets paid at all.

Well not strictly bull ;) as if you think about it, they know they have and always will have an endless supply of publishers, its not a worry to them, they will never ever struggle to find people to publish for them, new sites are born daily.

    Advertisers have the meat.
