here is the simple formula to success with google adsense high paying keywords + high traffic + high click-through Ratio = loads of money in this article we will focus on how to get high click-through ratio and I will give simple steps to increase your click -through ratio 1) Find the right place- Most website visitors read content that is in the middle of a webpage. As a result, the best place to put your Adsense block is in the top part of the page, at the beginning of your web content. You want to weave the Google Ads into your web content to give the appearance that they are extra links which expand on the information of the page. 2. Make sure you choose the Google Adsense format that blends well into your site/blog. Don't overdo it & put way too many links. You are probably thinking the more links the increased likelihood that someone will click on the link, but the opposite is usually true. If a visitor visits your site/blog only to be inundated by ads, the likelihood that the visitor will stay on your site dramatically decreases. The visitor is looking for good content/information about the topic they are interested in, they don't want to see a slew of ads. 3. A really excellent tip that has had a lot of success for me and many other internet marketers, is to add a picture next to each Adsense ad. Choose some small pictures that are related to the subject of your blog/site and add them next to each Adsense ad. This way the ads really blend into your site/blog. 4) Ditch the border- Many people experience a sharp increase in Adsense revenue when they changing their border. What they change is very simple…they get rid of the border on their Adsense blocks. This is another way to make the advertisements look like useful web content. 5) Adapt the font- Whenever you write content, it should be the same font size and style as your Google Adsense block. This will help make it appear that the advertisements are a natural part of your website. 6) A lot of people are missing out on some extra revenue that can be gained by including Adsense for Search on their site. Essentially Google allows you to add a search bar on your site that either searches the web, or both your site and the web. Any web results that come up through searches on this Google Search bar from your site, are actually paid ads and pay you money if users click on those links.

#3, TOS? I am still not sure on that one, I do not use images near Ad's, worried that it is against the TOS. I know at one time it was fine, then it was with a border, last I knew it was a no no all together. Anyone have some true facts on this?
http://charmingwomen.googlepages.com/ will get banned soon enough because of #3. That's a pure violation of TOS there on that site.
Thanks Amono! But I think putting the ads on top of the entry is so mean for the readers and sure they will miss your good article...
