    Dont know I feel like black hat SEO would not advertise themselves in fear of being exposed to the SEs. Interesting to hear other responses though.

    You probably didn't understand me cause my English suck a bit. There is no ethical black hat seo but only the ethical Optimizers survive at the end (those who are not using BH methods)

    As for the best BH optimiser, I have no idea.
