    Coming from someone who builds sites, resells sites, and pays others to create sites for me 200 is a fair offer. If you found one that sold for $140 it probally came from the original owner. You should consider the domain name, the time for them to create the exact replica of what your wanting, and so forth.

    Or take the advice of the person above me and do it yourself. Save money and learn in the process.
