I know when i search a keyword using google keyword tool, they gave me the search volume in a bar form. Is there any way to find out the actual number of hits the keyword gets?

I haven't been able to access overture for ages, but freekeywords.wordtracker.com works really great. It's free too :)

The tool I have used is a piece of software call keyword analyzer. I use it basically just to find out how many searches are made on particular keywords. I can't remember the cost of the software I think around $67-$77.

Right off hand I don't know any sources that provide the actual amount searches for free.

hehe or you could build a script to do all the searching for you using a cron job... and than find all the adwords for each keyword relating to each product in clickbank and than find all squidoos with the pub id in them and their rank...... than you just reword the article or copy the ad and landing page... what an awesome plan :)

This is the tool I like plus I compare the niches I choose with all the free tools out there because results can vary a bit especially on plural terms.
