Looking for a Web Site designer for a Store Website

    Im looking for a designer that can code and program a fully feature store website.

    Requirements..
    -be a good designer
    -know about shopping carts
    -New product pages should be "easy" to add.
    -Site should be secure
    -know more than just html/css

    Examples of related sites.
    UrbanOutfitters
    Threadless
    Pacsun
