I'm looking for a logo for a new site that's in development. The site is a web 2.0 style, clean, drupal driven site. The logo is to be clean and simple and delivered to me in .jpg and .psd formats.

    Logo name: My Garage Build

I'd like to incorporate a set of garage doors in the logo as seen here:

Please create your own doors, do not steal this picture as I'm not the owner!

The header design should be similar to this one http://rucku.com

I'd like the garage doors to be positioned where the "RuckU" football is positioned, with the garage door image extending "beyond" the header just like the rucku football image. The logo "My Garage Build" can either cover and extend to the right of the garage doors OR sit to the right of the garage doors. Where you see "grass" on the rucku site, I'd like either shake shingle siding or a brick look in a nice neutral color. For navigation, please create five buttons and position just as on the rucku site:

Home - Profile - Messages - About - Log Out

Best of luck! I do reserve the right to extend the contest if a winner is not chosen. Please do your best! I really want a logo ASAP!

OK, here is what I started.
Please let me know if I am going in the right direction.
The images are all made in vector format. I made them myself.

Great start and I appreciate your quick mock up. I have edited my OP to make my needs a little more detailed. I'd like the garage door image to sit inside of the header and extend beyond the borders just a bit, just like the football on rucku.com.

Also, if you could make the transitions more seamless I think it would look better. Does that makes sense?

collegerut - I like the concept but can you make it a little cleaner and maybe try a grayscale version?

simplyg123 - Good start but maybe try taking the frame off of the garage doors. Also, clean up the words for a more professional look.

TDGraphics - Good start but take another shot based on my feedback above to the others.

OK, thanks for the submissions so far. Everyone has submitted a quality design.

Now it's time to shake it up. Take what I've asked for and THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW (not literally, I may still pick your design!).

What I'd like you to do is create the header if it WERE YOUR WEBSITE. You guys are more creative than me, so show me what you'd do if it were YOUR SITE! Keep in mind that the site is for garage builders to showcase their work and network with each other.

Let's see some OUT OF THE BOX THINKING!:D
