How many fraud transactions you get on your business paypal accounts?
I mean % of total... Last few months it is become real nightmare for me personaly. Moneybookers is 0 and with paypal around 80% is at the end unautorized...

The trouble with Paypal is that I am seeing an increasing number of people here who signed up with Paypal using fake details, fake documentations and breaking every single terms of their contractual agreement. If this continues, I would not be surprised that you be getting a lot more fraud cases on Paypal.

In the past, I would recommend only dealing with Verified users but then again now that there are people without conscience who use fake information, sign up while being underaged, sign up from a non-supported paypal country and using fake documents to get their account sign up. It gets so difficult to determine who is real and who is not anymore.

I have only 1 so far, I am quite careful when dealing using Paypal normally only regular clients are allowed to pay via Paypal, so till now I am more or less safe.

sellers cant be safe if they are providing a service and getting direct payments for it without requesting money from buyers

so do request money if u r providing any services or do business with a intermidiator authority site like rentacoder etc

Usually if someone asks for a refund I give it, unless it is an obvious scammer (not that it's always easy to tell) I probably get 2 out of 20 asking for refunds. I think only twice I have not given a refund. I have never had a chargeback done. I want to keep people happy and coming back.
