Currently, I am parking my domains at NameDrive (namedrive.com). Like this one: http://www.uzod.net But the revenue is very low.. There is better sites for parking? What do you use?
http://www.fka200.com/domain-parking If you are already with Namedrive... try Parking Panel or Parked. I'd suggest parked since you can customize the parked page.
I think that sedo.com is the best in this. There's a preaty good rewenue ewen in low wist rate domains. For delling it's not anymore great but for parlking it's good.
I use the parking with godaddy.com . It's 6 bucks for a year with up to 500 parked domains. I really like their parking pages and stats programs, and I've already earned some revenue with some of my sites. Check out what some of my parked pages look like: http://www.zombiekeys.com http://www.regr.org http://www.breakthroughvalue.com http://www.casinogamblingonline.info http://www.technopuppet.com http://www.payprofile.com I'm happy with godaddy's parking features, stats, and options. they have a lot of templates to choose from, plus you can add keywords to your pages
I put about 200 domains with parkingpanel last November, managed to get one payment from them and my account has been "under review" for weeks now, no answer to emails or to the contact form on their site. I guess they don't want to pay me !
do your names get traffic? i don't see stuff like uzod.net getting any, which is why they wont earn any money at any parking site.
I think your domain needs to have traffic first before you park it....otherwise you may get booted out of ANY program. Secondly, your traffic must be genuine traffic, because the second biggest taboo is fake, or low quality traffic - both can get you an instant ban. Lastly, your traffic must convert. No point getting 1000 visitors when you get no clicks. And also beware of scams. Especially A LOT, in the "traffic" domains business.
Check my sig. RevDirect uses Google ad feeds, and pays twice monthly with PayPal. They pay on time or early if payment day falls on the weekend. They also let you choose which type of landers you want (1 or 2 click) and let you manually optimize which keywords you want to target.
Sedo is okay and free and also provides a marketplace but their clicks pay really low and have recently gotten worse with google pulling ads from parking pages. Im traying a new place called ADEGRO.com that looks to have potential, their system puts up a custom mini-site with adwords and other network's ads. Because they are small sites on your domain with content (not just a parked page) they can get indexed by google and earn page rank. You can also customize the sites yourself to make them unique. Here's an example of one of mine, the 4 tabs are topics set by me: http://scotlandvisitor.com/
When you guys say low revenue, exactly how much do you mean? Do you mean low in the sense of a nickel a month or low in the sense of about $50 a year?
RevDirect is still working great with my parked domains. Thankfully they have Google feeds and the RPC is much higher then Yahoo's. I had a click on one of my parked domains for $1.46 yesterday. Need many more of those! @markon The niche of the parked domains and the existing traffic they receive determines how much you get paid. Domains without traffic earn nothing regardless of the niche, because it takes people to click on the ads (or visit in the case of CPM) to make money.
I was not thrilled with Parked. They use Yahoo feeds that paid me 20-30% less then Google feeds. Being forced to use two click landers reduced clicks by as much as 50%. Parked optimization gives you some keyword control, but not as much as some of my domains need to maximize revenue. I use one click landers at RevDirect and type in whatever keywords I want to appear on the sidebar to be targeted. It's a solid system that maximizes keyword targeting and clicks.
I use to recommend ParkingPanel but now I say they suck big time. Their support is an absolute joke as well. Parked is ok for me so far, but sometimes the revenue isn't that great.
