5 Years in advanced is a bit ridiculous don't you agree? You can't guarantee you will even be around another six months or a year yet alone another 5 years.

I have 30 sites making enough money to more than cover the hosting costs. The Adsense alone does this, although not guaranteed, I have enough money in the account that pays for the hosting for over 5 years, this is my guarantee. The direct debit is paid automatically each month from one bank account I don't touch. Also I don't work alone, so if something was to happen to me, my partners can take over, and I hope nothing happens to me!

How much are you looking for on this? $100? $300? $500? $1000? 5 Years is a long time, would be a pretty hefty payment. I wouldn't know what to offer as I don't know what you normally sell your packages at as there are no prices given here. While as one unlimited host might charge $30-$40 a year there are others who would charge hundreds per year for this sort of package.

I see, thank you. I personally don't feel comfortable with something such as this. I feel like if I were to offer you $300 say for the account you might accept and then turn around and accept another offer for the same account for $100. In which case I would be getting royally screwed for my money.

Also, maybe cool down a bit with your threads.. you currently have 3 active threads all on the first page of the webhosting section.

First offer is the minimum so I will not accept any offers below the first offer, only offers of the same or above.

The first offer that I agree to is the lowest offer I will accept. In other words any offer below this will not be accepted.

Whats the point in offering anything above the first one you accept? Your just spending more than you have to... if you got offered $200 and you accept that would you not accept $200 a second time?

If I threw at you a "serious offer" and you accepted why would anyone offer something above what you accepted mine at? They would all want it for the same price or less.

That is a good point! But maybe I wouldn't accept their offer an hold out for more. All depends on the first serious offer and wether I accept it. Maybe you would prefere to pay $40 for 1 year then if you are happy we could do a deal afterwards.

I'm pretty sure that there's no such thing as Unlimited Bandwidth. And I know, someday, someone will complain. Based on my experiences, nothing is FREE.

Make a serious offer if you wish. Price range, I have just offered 1 year for $40. Work on that.

Im not going to argue the whole "unlimited" thing as I offer unlimited packages myself and there are some well respected members around such as "Iwhic" who offer these packages as well. I do think its worth discussing that theres no price given were just supposed to bicker over the cost.

$200 is a starting point for the first one I think.

OK, so your expecting for someone to pay $200 for this 5 year account to a previously banned member (Yep, I know this is a duplicate account ;)) that probably won't last a month.

I suggest you go advertise your plans somewhere else :)
