This is my feedback to reflect my experience with 'KingsOfKings' service that existed under the previous thread for SEO, the service was offered by 'KingOfKings' at that period 'Cheap SEO Services' was not associated with 'KingOfKings' therefore I want to clarify this point, however since the work is in partnership this review of services does reflect the level of service I am undergoing currently.

I anticipated exactly 2 months prior to writing this post.

Prior to payment 'KingOfKings' was corresponding and clarifying the type of service that I would need, back and forth on PMs to confirm the main keyword and the country for Google that I wanted the Top Ten ranking for, in my case is was UK.

Unforetunately after making the payment of $160 I have not recieved or yet to receive any form of report/feedback/update to the progress. The only response that I received was after I made the initial contact, and the response was usually around the lines of 'SEO requires patient' or that I would be updated. I appreciate the need for patient on SEO or that SEO can require upto and beyond 6 months, however the update report on a monthly basis is part of the offered service and not something that I requested as part of the service!

I was advised and I quote:

"I understand your frustration but I promise we are trying our best to keep our customers updated. Feel free to write what you want in the thread, it's your right. But this is the current situation, when you start a new business and it grows 10x then your expectations you will have trouble adapting to the growth"

Initially the first part is a failure on behalf of the service provider and what feels like a blatant case of 'rubbing salt in the wound', see he truly understood my frustation then the priority would have been given to keep me update with some sense of customer satisfaction, but I have received no further response.
I myself am in business and can understand the demands, changes, etc that new business expansion brings; however that does not give an business an excuse to forego or compromise the level of service an existing/paying customers should receive.

Although payments or the service is not provided in the traditional bricks and mortor trade, nethertheless the ethics and ethos of business should be maintained. I am paying customer regardless of wether I pay a penny, pound or £1000, I deserve the expected level of service as described and if I was (which partly I must say I am) dependant on how I rank in a search engine to regards to if my business trades better and breaks into profitability to pay my bills, mortgage and food on the table then I could be in a dire situation if the service provider turns round to me and says 'sorry , but your work is back logged; but we have to start all over again and this can take another 6 months'. However the service provider will not know since the questions were never asked.

The level of pitch in the sales letter provided makes an indication that this service is sufficient without conducting other marketing methods article writing, back linking, comments, blog directories, etc which requires massive amount of time and money resource, if you pause this for a period of 2 months not doing anything and the effects of this can not been seen fully for a further 6/8 months you can see the devastation and catastrophic affect if you wholly rely on a service like this and then it fails to deliver. However since this is the first time I am using the service I made sure that I did not select a site/keyword that does have a lot of investment involved in case something like this occurs.

I must also state that I have not written off the service, seeing this post may respond a pro-active response and things may accelerate as expected and it will be back on track and I hope this does occurr, I just felt that others have a right to know the possible outcome of this service.

I ordered a single keyword to be placed within the top ten of Google UK within 6 months with montly updated reports. The service provider has failed to provide any reports in 2 months and I have not seen any results due to their efforts for that domain/site/keyword since it was a new site and no other SEO work was applied until recently when I felt I may be left hanging

Maybe it is time to take a step back and assess what is really going on here. 2 days since my post and I thought there would be a response from the service provider and certainly a justification for others who have vouched their concerns after the level of service. However not a dingle response or a PM. would it be fair for me to start assuming that I may not see any results or money back?
