Post your url to directories and submitt articles to article directories. Also put sigs with your link at forums (but that isn't quality backlinking). Also use social networking sites such as Squidoo and Qassia.

and also keep in mind google do not update every 4 months it updates when it wants to these days so it will take time.
I have done directory listings, a few articles, and even some blog posting its just hard to get over the hump and start getting tons of traffic. I get about 40 to 50 uniques a day. I also add content most days to. I think it just takes time which is hard to wait.
I had a list of sites that have 0 to 3 page rank, and they have over 100,000 monthly hits. Crap, I gotta find where I put that....
I think you should submit your url to some high PR directories, and also find for some high PR blog/website for link exchange. If you said that you have many great content, why dont you not those article to site such as digg.
Yeah, I just submitted My Site to over 25 Search Engines, is that what you meant ? And I have asked 2-3 people to write an Article, so thats like 2 or 3 articles, are there more sites then digg where i can submit them ? Thanks.
Directories and search engine are different. Directories some way act like link exchange also. you can go digg.com and have a look

Check the signature in my link for free web directories. The list is updated 3-4 times a week, and sometimes more if I have the time. It's the same list I submit client sites to... Happy Link Building
