Hi guys lockie here Sorry for my absence I've had a few personal things to deal with this last month ,hence the reason me being not online ,to answer the questions , OK I will try to answer all the above questions as best as possible , , I purchased this site back in December of 2007 and haven't did much with it as yet , the previous owner who is on the video didn't have tracking on the site and did not promote the clickbank side of things much as far as I can gather , so hence no real conversion rates but to my knowledge there wasn't any charge backs for the sales he made through click bank , But there has been around 150 sales of the program through other means of advertising and it hasn't had any claims through paypal to date ,Yes it sounds like a strange niche but those are the ones where the money is because the market isn't saturated with hawkers selling their wares , Honestly this is a big untapped market most of these guys are just starting to use the net for advertising they are a bit behind the times , I will try to help anyone who wants to promote it as much as I possibly can , so if you have any other questions send me a message and I will reply to you asap cheers lockie

Hi alexs464 I'm in the process of getting a programmer to fix the site so I can track the stats , as I said before I have only Just purchased the site recently so I don't have them but I do believe the guy who sold the site to me that he didn't have any charge backs ,He has a very High outstanding reputation on the warrior forum so I do believe him , he also didn't do much on the click-bank side of things he mainly advertised through carpet cleaning forums etc etc , I just need to get the ball rolling its sold around 160 courses so far to date but I have only personally sold 6 of those 160 , sorry for my lack of knowledge in this area but I'm only telling the truth , Lockie
