Assuming the blog is DoFollow, linking in blog comments is far easier.

 

I prefer linking and commenting. That's more "natural" so you won't be penalized by Google or the other SEs.

Also, receiving a comment in our blog is always nice And if this comment is a quality comment even better!

When someone post to your blogs? do you answer there comments usually?

 

always answer the comments. I always thank the commenter first. That way they are more likely to come back or subscribe to your feed.

 

I do reply to every comment I get on my posts. People will feel like you're actually reading what they say. That will make them come back (at least some of them will do)

 

So it's good PR.
