Need few designs

    Hi I need a few designs done for www.42topics.com. The full design brief is pasted here.

    We need designs done for the following pages.

    Please login as shabda/demo, and then see these pages. We want the page which you will get after logging in.

    We need the following pages built.

    We want to make this site templatable, and we want three different looks for this site. So you need to design three different ui per page. However, we want to have only one HTML per page, and want to do templating using CSS only.
    So you need to provide HTML which is easily templatable, and then provide three looks for this. (Try CSS zen garden for inspiration.)

    I am not very set on any specific color scheme, however I would prefer three types of color schemes.
    1. A light color scheme, with little clutter.
    2. A gmail like blue color scheme.
    3. A greenish color scheme, try http://www.djangoproject.com/documentation/ for inspiration.
    (You are free to try any other color scheme if you prefer.)

    The designs must work correctly in FF 1.0+, Opera 9.0+, and IE 6+. The layout needs to be optimised for 1024*786 resolution. However it must degrade nicely in 800*600 resolution browsers.

    There are some differences from the pages as they corrently stand. You need to take these into account.
    1. Each page can have a message for the user shown at the top. (Similar to what happens when you send a mail from gmail.) The page must look good, both with and without the message.
    2.The logo must not come below the top bar.
    3. We want to show at least 10 links on a page, without scrolling. SO you might need to reduce the font size a bit.
    4. The design must not break in presence of long words and titles.

    In your quote please provide
    1. When can you start working on these.
    2. How much time would you need to do this.
    3. The total charge for whole design.
