Why I can't post in buy , sell , trade forum ?

    I have 80 posts alredy and I think I have been a member for 14 days alredy , why I still can't use buy , sell , trade forum . I need to make money there. any suggestion?

    Even I can't post. But that is okay. I mean the guy who referred me here told me how banned members create new usernames, so I guess this is a rule well meant.
