Will this decrease my page rank?

Hey guys i currently have a proxy site with a page rank 3, and a lot of traffic. I was thining of utiliznig this traffic more through a proxy list submission site like the one you can see here:

www.proxypromotions.com

My question is, because a lot of people may want to submit their proxy sites to my site will my page rank decrease due to a rapid increase in external links through my site?

no it will not affect on your site but other site will have profit of that PR

 

Yes others will get PR. But my advice also check for 404 not found error. Remove the link of the website not in work. Also consider only best website in your directory. It will be beneficial for you.

 

Another consideration, is that you can make those external links nofollow.

I understand that completely and if i was to keep the website forever i would not care. However when i come to sell the site, it is easier and better to sell if it has page rank, since many people are still under the impression page rank matters.

When i come to sell the site i believe i will be able to get more money for it as it has a page rank, same with alexa rank.

Hmm thats a tough question to answer, I would definetly check on each site before approving it just in case. Try to maintain some semblance of quality. I don't think there would be too much too worry about though really.

 

now a day i don't think that nofollow is working if we add nofollow in link then also search engine take that link as a backlink for that site
