I really want to know your true opinion about dot cc domain. I have few one dictionary words but I'm now sure how much the value. And one more, how about .ws? This is not my domain, just an example: leading.cc settings.cc Thanks.
.cc sounds good but I would rather prefer a .com one or if a good .com domain isn't available, I would try to find a .org or .net
I disagree The best ones are: com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, or regional (depending on country). cc and ws - are good enough, but they are hardly better than the five ones I mentioned above.
Mhhmmmmm. .cc & .ws better than .org/.info/.biz? lol. I do dislike those three, but you can't compare them to the gTLDs.
It depends upon the nature of site. I like .ws and reserved some of them for future (personal) use. .ws domains are not registrar transferable ! lol more secure about stolen domain transfer issues. So more preferable for personal use.
Why You dislike the "org" domain? Do You know that the most authoritative and oldest sites end in "org"? E.g. w3.org; dmoz.org; botw.org; vlib.org; wikipedia.org; ifla.org and many others. Many of them are older than 10 years, but have PR 8-10. Cast Your prejudice aside and try to analyse the fields I mentioned - I beleive it will make You change Your mind.
.cc not too bad in my book. It's the better of the 2 in my opinion. And like Godown said it's more global. If you got good ones, the go for pretty decent prices. Pretty High actually.
