    Mentos, to do that, you would need a control panel (or knowledge of SSH) to install FTP, DNS etc meaning you will need to do some system admin work before getting your site up and running. :)

    You can install free control panels like Web-CP and Webmin which can help, other than that, it really isn't that hard to do it with a little experience.

    We manage the server but we don't manage what you put on the server.

    We are considering using ad words, but not sure how well the conversion rate would be. We invested about 2 thousand into HostVoice and didn't find it as effective as we'd like it to be.

    1. Comparing PENTIUM-4 1.5GHZ 400FS, 512Mb with a VPS 512MB in a dual xeon machine, which would be better
    2. when you say managed what does it actually mean?
    3. since i'll be the one to install everything, is there a step by step tutorial on how to do this?

    i have basic linux knowledge
