Thanks for those that mentioned us, but I am not seeing where this thread is going or the point in it.. Everyone is going to post that they are the best and the most trust worthy and so on and so on.. There are many trust worthy host on dp. If I name a few, and not the others then that is not fair to them. The ones mentioned in this thread are good hosts bu there are others as well. Not to mention this thread is in the wrong category,.
Thanks I think that's a pretty accurate list We're really the only hosts that have been around for more than a year here! Maybe not 99% of hosts, but quite a lot of them
IwhiC handles my hosting need GREAT Customer service . I honestly think IwhiC is 100 times better than any BIG hosting outfit out there . He can give personal attention to your needs not just some generic response that most big companies give . As IwhiC says we over deliver and that they do .
They're trusted until the bubble bursts. The trusted users in the last list are all but gone as they either sold or just ran away. I doubt any of that who are listed are actually registered businesses in their country of residence. But when your selling strictly to digital point users who cares right? I've found a lot of digital point people buying hosting are just as fraudulent as the people selling them hosting. We've rejected dozens of users on digital point who signed up for our services due to non matching information. I think reliable is someone who is a registered business and pays taxes. Otherwise at some point the company will get big enough and someone is going to notice the shady filings of the owner. I can say Hawk Host is a registered business but we're also not interested in selling $1/yr hosting either so we don't appeal to the digital point crowd.
I don't trust DP based webhosts...many of them are just kids doing business with their master reseller accounts. I was a lot of bad experience with such kiddie hosts. Now, I have a reseller account with sambahosting and I am very happy with their service.
Just because a host is on a reseller doesn't make them a bad company? What if your on a reseller with a company like Cameron Or Jason's? Then your selling hosting of a reputable company, your just handling clients. It then falls upon the owner to handle the clients? That person may have more time to dedicate to it's clients instead of constantly managing a server?I'm also not saying owning a server means your customer service is bad I'm just saying owning a server doesn't make you reliable or honest host. Hostparlor owned there own servers? Trexhost owned there own servers? Shoutserv owned there own servers? They're all gone now? That just shows you it's up to the owner/staff to make or break a good company not what there hosted on.

Thank you I would like to mention that IwhiC.Com does pay taxes on what we earn.. And we don't sell $1 a year hosting.. See I said at the beginning that this was going to start a war or argument , There are many resellers selling hosting and there is nothing wrong with that. Until they sell people hosting that is against the servers TOS and that is where people run into problems, they buy a account wit someone and then sell proxy hosting for cheep and then they wonder why there accounts are suspended. Well because some one did not read the TOS stating that they could not do that. This was just an example, and there are a lot of shady people here, but there are some good hosts as well.
I am talking about the list someone made in other posts claiming hostparlor was a reliable provider for example. I have no doubt in my mind look back 6 months and the majority of the people list here will be gone. But just for fun the creation dates of the domains you listed 2006-12-05 2007-02-15 2007-10-12 2007-11-02 2007-12-25 Real longer standers there

Oh ok But just becasue They are a company that started don't mean they are bad.. We just turned a year old as well. I don't want to start a war here as there are good host and alot more bad ones that have come and gone through dp and some that scammed people, and are back with new user names. I respect you knowledge in this business and you are a very good host and I would recommend people to you. Enough said about this.

well not technically, hostgator are the best host, i have tried all the big ones, and nobody comes close!
