    i m looking for a live support service but im comfused too many companys , does anyone have any experience please help me to choose the right one .

    Any idea about Free softwares like Helpcenterlive ? HCL has some Bugs in admin section.

    The best tool that i have used is "Crafty Syntax Live Help" and the best thing is that it is free

    Some host offers free live support progs... That oughtta do it... Try to check your hosting tools maybe you have one.
